Invitation to Bid

The Factory Schoolhouse invites bids for a rehabilitation project to take place in 2024-2025. The project covers the following goals:

Stabilize

  • Pier repair or replacement

  • Jacking and leveling

Restore

  • Siding replacement

  • Flashing installation

Repair

  • Sill plate repair

  • Masonry restoration

Replace

  • New front steps

  • More accessible design

All work must conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. MWBE businesses are encouraged to apply.
